Ridgeline did an amazing job on our HOA project. Not only did the crew perform great work, but everyone was timely, and considerate. Malcolm communicated every day and was proactive in managing the project. He reviewed all work, stopped by daily for updates, revised the punch list as needed, redid work as necessary and left a thoroughly finished product. This was one of the easiest renovation projects to manage. Would definitely use Ridgeline again.

Malcolm and his team are Ridgeline are the best contractors we have ever worked with period. In late May of 2024 we had a severe water leak that damaged our primary bathroom, kitchen, laundry room (basement) and basement bathroom. To be blunt - our insurance tried to low ball us on damages. Malcolm personally handled our insurance claim which resulted in all of the damage that occurred being covered. The amount we got from Ridgeline working with the adjuster was 2x what the insurance initially offered us. This ensured that our home was restored to modern operating standards and not the bare minimum the insurance wanted to give us. Once Ridgeline was onsite they did an outstanding job of restoring our bathrooms, hallways, floors, and laundry room. Top notch work. The Ridgeline team was very flexible. We used this as an opportunity to refresh the paint and the floors of the house. Ridgeline fit all the work in and did not try to overcharge us. IF we needed something hauled off they did it for us. If we needed something fixed on the side - they did it. By far the most professional, effective, personable, and honest contractors I have ever worked with. I cannot recommend them enough to you.

Ridgeline recently completed a full renovation of our bathroom and it was a great process with a beautiful result. From the initial estimate to final touches Malcolm and his team were excellent to work with. They guided us through material choices and conducted the work in a careful manner. Workers were friendly and efficient. Ridgeline was not the cheapest estimate (they were very competitive on price though), but it was absolutely the best option for us. You get what you pay for and we got a quality end result. Believe the 5 stars and give them a call.

We had our windows and sliding glass door replaced by Ridgeline. From start to finish, the professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail was absolutely fantastic. I can’t recommend them highly enough for anything you need. There were two defective screens (manufacturer’s issue) with the initial install, and Malcolm and Joe were on the phone with the manufacturers getting replacements and making sure every small detail was perfect before calling it good. So grateful to work with contractors where we genuinely didn’t have to worry about anything, given their standards were just as high as our own.

Malcolm and his team did an amazing job with our home! We had a terrible time with a water leak in our condo and the HOA taking forever to do anything. But then we found Ridgeline (recommended by our incredible realtor, Lucia Jason) and Malcolm helped us navigate the insurance and got started on the work right away. After four months of no movement we were back in our home in two weeks! —with completely new floors and new paint (and some new accent walls!) all around. They also did all the work of moving everything in and out so we didn’t have to. Now, our place is stunning—much better than before the leak! Malcolm and his guys were fast, professional, and conscientious. We’ll be using them for everything in the future.

Malcolm, Jessy, Tony, and the whole Ridgeline team were great! We had a very challenging design for an entire bathroom remodel, and they provided great feedback and were able to roll with it when the design failed to account for practical use. They were very quick to respond when problems inevitably arose, and made sure that everything was working exactly the way we wanted. While I can’t recommend being without your bathroom for 10 weeks for remodeling, if you are going to remodel your bathroom, I highly recommend giving Malcolm and his team a call.

The Ridgeline team did an amazing job bringing my project to life. I had a boring room from the 70s that needed a facelift. The team helped me redesign the room around the fireplace by adding in built in shelving which was complemented by millwork, crown molding, shoe flooring, and a fresh coat of paint. I couldn’t be happier with the new modern look!! Can’t wait to hosts guests in my new room. Thank you guys!

Malcolm and his crew did an incredible job fixing an emergency ceiling repair at my home. I had received his contact information as a reference from a friend who was highly satisfied with his work in their home. He immediately scheduled someone to come out and get started on the patch, knowing I had family visiting later in the week. He went above and beyond to ensure the work was completed in two days, just hours before my family arrived. The ceiling honestly looks better than before! Each and every crew member who showed up were true professionals I could trust in my home. Malcolm took time to answer my question, show empathy for my situation, and provide fair and honest pricing for the work I needed done, despite my panic. I will absolutely call Malcolm in the future for any remodeling needs and refer him to friends and family. He’s proven himself and his team.

My master bathroom was recently remodeled by Ridgeline Contracting, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. I had my own design and products I planned to use and they were very accommodating of my choices. Every detail was meticulously handled, from the flooring to the tiles and the work area cleaned daily. Malcolm, Joe, and Jose made a number of finishing suggestions based on their experience that improved the vision I had for the room. I highly recommend Ridgeline for any remodeling needs. The work was top-notch and communication throughout the project was seamless.

After moving into our home, we did a series of renovations (kitchen, bathrooms, finished basement) before building a two-story addition. We encountered Ridgeline when we were searching for a builder for the addition and our only regret is that we didn't meet them sooner. I wish they had done all of the renovations in our house! Working with them was such a smooth process and we feel lucky to have worked with Malcolm and his crew. We're excited to move in to our new space but sad to see them go - working alongside them over the last few months has been nothing but great. They are professional, diligent, and most of all, kind and thoughtful. When we have another big project, Ridgeline will be our first and only call.
